La nuova piattaforma PHOENIX, nata per gestire gli ordini multicanale (Hosting e Housing), innova il processo di acquisizione degli ordini ridisegnando il sistema dell’approvvigionamento, della gestione e dell’erogazione dei servizi.
Due le parole chiave per il successo di tale piattaforma: know-how aziendale e scalabilità del sistema; è stata, infatti, creata una struttura innovativa che prevede una forte automazione dei processi, in grado di crescere e di soddisfare un futuro incremento di servizi, il tutto appoggiandosi sulle competenze dello staff Playnet.

The new PHOENIX platform, created to handle multichannel orders (Hosting and Housing), improves the process of acquiring orders by redesigning the procurement, management and delivery of services.
Two keywords for the success of this platform: company know-how and system scalability; In fact, an innovative structure has been created that provides strong processes automation that allow to growing a future increase of services, all based on the experience and competence of the Playnet staff.
